Dr. Andrew D’Alessandro has been interested in health care for most of his life. Often sick as a child, after college he personally discovered the benefits of chiropractic. After being under chiropractic care he noticed incredible improvements in his immune system. He went from getting sick around 8 times per year down to maybe once every year or two. After experiencing these benefits first hand, he graduated college with a degree in human kinesiology and went on to graduate from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic with honors. Dr. D’Alessandro has been in practice for over 6 years in Chester County. He has spent a couple hundred hours taking postgraduate seminars in chiropractic techniques, neurology, orthopedics, nutrition, radiology and more. He is a member of the Foundation for Wellness Professionals (a national non-profit organization that teaches people how to take better care of their health naturally) and speaks for the organization regularly on a number of health topics. Dr. D’Alessandro truly believes that our bodies were designed to work perfectly. It is just what we do to our bodies in the form of trauma, diets, and lifestyle the cause them to breakdown. He believes that if you can treat and fix these issues, the body can heal itself from almost anything.
Dr. Desiree Abraham received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, graduating with honors. Before going to chiropractic school, she received her Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Abraham has always been interested in the medical field ever since she was very young. She was actually pre-med at Tulane and planning on going to medical school, before she discovered chiropractic. Dr. Abraham did not change her mind to become a chiropractor until the summer before her senior year in college. She had a summer job as a chiropractic assistant and started getting adjusted regularly. She soon realized that the headaches that she had every day were gone, she no longer needed to take medicine for her seasonal allergies, her neck and back pain were completely gone, and she no longer suffered from Fibromyalgia. It was truly amazing and changed Dr. Abraham’s life for the better. She is a walking testimonial about the wonderful benefits of chiropractic and a natural healthy lifestyle! Dr. Abraham has been in practice for 6 years and recently joined her husband, Dr. Andrew D’Alessandro, in practice in January, 2011. Dr. Abraham has spent a good deal of time taking post-graduate classes, learning new chiropractic techniques, nutrition, radiology, sports medicine, rehabilitation and more. Her number one goal is to help the body heal itself through chiropractic adjustments which remove nerve interference caused by subluxations. She also places a huge emphasis on nutrition and exercise.

Dr. Andrew Gottlieb has been practicing Chiropractic in Chester County, Pennsylvania, since 1991. His interest in helping the sick arose while he was playing basketball for the State University of New York @ Stony Brook. At that time he was diagnosed with high blood pressure and was told to begin a lifetime of medication. Instead of committing to lifetime drug therapy, Dr. Gottlieb resolved his condition through Chiropractic care.
Since that time, Dr. Gottlieb has spent his entire professional career caring for others, and educating the public with information to improve health. These efforts include co-authoring a book, “The World’s Best Kept Health Secrets Revealed”, with other international health experts.
Dr. Gottlieb is the father of two girls and, when not in the office, can be found running through the woods or cycling along the back roads of Chester County.
Dr. Byron Fernholz’s path to chiropractic began after a weightlifting injury. It was advised that he should have surgery to fuse his spine. He knew there had to be another way to heal and that surgery was not the best option. He received chiropractic treatment and began feeling better right away. After a few months he was back to weight training again. That ignited his passion to help others with chiropractic care just as it has helped him. Dr. Byron graduated from West Chester University with a B.A. in exercise science and from Life University in Marietta, GA with his Doctorate in Chiropractic. He applies his knowledge and expertise to examine, treat, and create an individualized program for those lucky enough to see him. Dr. Byron is a Chester County native and moved back to enjoy being close to family and friends. When not in the office. He can usually be found in a park playing fetch with his dog, Loki.
